at Bellair utilizes contemporary design. Clad in glass and precast with copper detailing, the 8-storey, west building and the 17-storey, east building feature spacious residences with 8-foot high windows, grand balconies and expansive terraces. These are complemented by two storeys of retail space on the ground level along Yorkville Avenue, clad in cut stone with copper accents.
